Shipping charges will either be displayed at point of sale or at checkout. Please note; we do not profit from shipping, we only charge you the cost to ourselves, which may include packaging and certain customs requirements.
UK shipping orders over £40 value are normally sent by Interlink Express. We have a fixed shipping charge for any weight from 1k to 10kilo, Small parcels containing heads or grips, below a value of £40 may be shipped by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Items shipped by DPD to EEC countries that we deal with, are charged a flat rate which will be shown at checkout. DPD will normally deliver within 5/7 days. If goods are shipped to countries outside of the EEC, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, import duties, or sales taxes that may be imposed by the country in question. Please check with your appropriate tax authority/customs as to what your commitments are before purchase, we cannot be held responsible for such payments.

Our warranty to you for products that we sell is one year, and a lifetime warranty for our workmanship to the original purchaser. If a manufacturer offers a longer period than one year for equipment, then we will work with you and them to a satisfactory outcome, however under such circumstances the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Equipment supplied for Long Drive competition does not carry the same warranty because of the extreme nature of the sport.
Delivery and Return Policy:
1.We will always attempt to ship your goods as soon as possible, stock items will be packed and posted within 2 working days of cleared funds. Clubs built to order will vary from 2 to 7 days build time, followed by the usual delivery service. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide their correct postal address and post code, any goods returned to us because of incorrect address given will result in the purchaser being liable for the cost of re-shipping.
2.Before returning any merchandise, a return authorisation number (RAN) must be obtained. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of authorisation date, and defective items must be clearly marked as to the nature of the defect. We reserve the right to refuse returns for reasons not abiding by this return policy.
3.Goods that we approve for return that are unused and in original packaging may incur a restocking fee. If goods have been used and are not faulty, in either workmanship or material, then returns are not accepted. Custom built built golf clubs cannot be returned for refund unless they are faulty.
4.Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair and/or replacement, and we reserve the right to determine whether or not merchandise is to be repaired or replaced. Merchandise will not be replaced/repaired if user abuse or poor fitting is evident. Damage caused to the crown and around the hosel area of woods is normally associated with abuse, and as such is not covered by warranty.
5. Delivery Discrepancies: if a delivery is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file the claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. We must be notified within 3 business days. Do not discard original delivery packing, as the carrier may need to inspect it.
6. If your order received is incorrect, please inform us within 5 days of receipt, otherwise we will not be obliged to rectify the situation. This policy is due to our possible change of situation in further stocking a given item.
